Agreement to Terms

3. Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription Fees Membership fees are $17 per month, billed automatically on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
Payment Authorization By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. You agree to maintain valid payment information and update it as necessary.
Payment Failures If payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to notify you and provide a grace period of seven (7) days to resolve the issue. Failure to resolve payment issues within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension or termination.
Price Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Cancellation and Termination
Member-Initiated Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation Confirmation Upon cancellation, you will receive email confirmation and retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Termination by Us We may terminate your membership immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our Service or other members.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content All content provided through our Service, including but not limited to podcasts, courses, text, graphics, videos, and audio materials, is owned by Samantha Harrison, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
